Privacy Policy

1. Summary

We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail, and we do not require an account. Everything you type into the editor stays on your device. Unless you choose to contact us, we hold no information about you at all.

2. How the Generator Works

When you edit a cover, your text, colours, fonts, effects and layout are processed by your browser using the HTML canvas API. The image is drawn on your device. When you download it, the PNG is produced locally and saved directly by your browser. Nothing you type and no image you create is transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
• Account credentials, because there are no accounts.
• The text you enter or the covers you generate.
• Payment details, because the tool is free and has no checkout.
• Advertising identifiers, behavioural profiles or cross-site tracking data.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage. Your editor settings exist only in memory for the current page, so reloading the page starts from the defaults unless the URL itself contains a saved configuration.

If you use a share link, the design settings travel in the URL query string. Anyone you send that link to can see those settings, so do not put private information into a cover you intend to share publicly.

5. Server Logs

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by the generator, are not used to identify individual visitors, and are retained only for the period the provider requires.

6. Data Retention

We have no database of users and no stored designs, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. If you email us, we keep that message only as long as needed to answer you.

7. Children's Privacy

The tool is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any visitor, we also collect none from children.

8. Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you. Since we do not hold any, there is nothing to retrieve or erase. If you believe you have sent us personal information and want it removed, reach us through the contact details on our About page and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

If the way the site works ever changes in a way that affects privacy, this page will be updated and the date above revised before the change takes effect.
